‘Structured, well organised and considered teaching from a deaf tutor who’s an active member of Norwich’s deaf scene. BSL can be very challenging to learn, but along with the hard work there is always lots of fun and friendship in Jo’s classes. The extra practise sessions with learners at all levels have really boosted my confidence.’
